One of the most famous and best beaches of the island is Amadores beach. Thanks to the calmer water, this large beach is suitable for families with children. There is Amadores Fun Park, which is a floating water park with various inflatable obstacles, slides and the like. There are plenty of restaurants, shops such as clothes, water toys, sun creams or groceries. We recommend taking a walk along the coastal trail that ends in Puerto Rico harbor. Along the entire route of this trail you can enjoy a really beautiful view. You can also walk to the beach from Villa Mango.

Puerto de Mogán

Beautiful, several kilometers long beach, which you will immediately love. Thanks to the big waves that the open ocean creates on Playa del Inglés, you will certainly enjoy countless fun, regardless of your age. For example, we recommend surfing. Another great variegation is the "Canary Desert", the Natural Dune Reserve of Maspalomas, which directly follows this beach. There is also an outdoor shopping center with restaurants and shops with a wide range of goods. After dark, the beach is full of nightlife full of live music, great bars and dancing.

Playa de Tauro

One of the newest beaches on the island, where you will not find many shops and restaurants as on the neighboring Amadores beach, but it is calmer and therefore definitely worth a visit. PIO PIO bar and Vistamar restaurant serve snacks during your stay on this beach. When you arrive, you will see a nice sand beach, which is ideal for families. You can also walk to the beach from Villa Mango.

Patalaclava Beach

This beach is within walking distance of the Mango Apartments. It has a smaller area, but it is not overburdened by tourists. There is volcanic sand of gray color because it is an island of volcanic origin.

Anfi Beach

Anfi beach is located next to the luxurious Anfi complex. While walking through the area, you will see for example a built park or a local harbor, lots of shops, restaurants and a Spar supermarket. We recommend stopping at the local ice cream parlor. Anfi offers a large number of fun water sports worth trying.

Playa de Arguineguín
Playa Las Marañuelas

There are two smaller beaches in Arguineguín, only 350 meters apart. They are less known and therefore less frequented by tourists. Both beaches can be reached on foot from the Mango Apartments.

Playa de Puerto Rico

The area is slightly smaller than Amadores beach. Nearby you will find restaurants, Spar supermarket, our most popular Helamore ice cream parlor and various other shops. The surface of this beach is fine sand and suitable for families with children.

Playa del Cura

Playa del Cura we mention rather for the sake of interest, because it is unique in that it is an original and natural beach. Its surface is formed by the remains of an extinct volcano, so the sand here is colored black. Note that underwater currents can occur, which can be particularly dangerous for children!

Natural beaches and swimming pools

These places will be appreciated more by fans of tourism, as beaches and swimming pools are located at a greater distance from the accommodation - but these are the best options if you like nature, views, clean air and solitude. They are the perfect stop for those looking for relaxation outside the city and the hustle and bustle of the city.
